The European Commission has a fight on its hands as MEPs continue their resistance to the EU taxonomy delegated act.

In short, I contend that whilst MEPs might have legitimate reasons to oppose (particularly on process), adoption of the ‘complementary delegated act’ is in the EU’s broader public policy interest.
